How it is processed

  1. Step 1

    Clean and stack

Lites are washed and stacked with PVB between them.

  2. Step 2

    Pre-press

Air is pressed out and the stack is lightly bonded.

  3. Step 3

    Autoclave

A separate autoclave step completes the bond.

  4. Step 4

    Inspect

Edges and clarity are checked before dispatch.

Build-up, interlayer and performance are specified per project and confirmed with our technical team.
