Heat-soaked toughened: lower nickel-sulphide breakage risk.
Holes, notches and hinge cut-outs must be fixed before tempering. These are starting recommendations, not structural or performance guarantees.

Drawing received
Send your drawing or glass schedule with project city and use.

Specification confirmed
Dimensions, build-up, edges and finishes are agreed with you.

Cutting and edging
Panes are cut to the layout; edges, holes and notches are finished.

Tempering, lamination or IGU
Each order follows the route its glass needs; not every pane passes every stage.

Inspection
Panes are inspected before they leave the plant.

Dispatch
Packed and dispatched to site or fabricator.
One plant, seven processes
Cutting, edging, seaming, tempering, heat soaking, lamination and insulating glass assembly. Machinery is from Southtech, Hanjiang, Humam, Yinrui, LNBF and Sunkon. Images marked as catalogue references are not photographs of this plant.
Southtech tempering furnace
Heats prepared panes and then rapidly cools them with air to produce toughened safety glass. Cutting and edge work happen before tempering.

Why Pinnaacle
