Glass Processing Plant in Rajsamand

Seven processes under one roof. Project routing is specific to each order: not every pane goes through every stage.

Hanjiang — insulating glass equipment.

Process 01

CNC cutting

CNC cutting · listed as Yinrui

Scores float glass along a programmed layout and breaks it out into panes. It gives buyers panes that follow the drawing, with less offcut when layouts are planned well.

  • Cutting is the first stage for most orders
  • Layouts are programmed from the supplied drawing
  • Shapes and cut-outs depend on the project drawing
  • Edges are finished in later stages as needed

Process 02

Double edging

Sunkon double edging

Grinds two opposite edges of a pane in one pass. It gives buyers clean, flat-finished edges that are ready for tempering or glazing.

  • Edging is done before tempering, not after
  • Corners and the other two edges are finished as a separate step
  • Edge profile is agreed per project, not assumed
  • Compatibility with coated glass is product-specific

Process 03

Seaming

Seaming line

Lightly removes the sharp arris from cut edges. It makes panes safer to handle and carry through later stages.

  • Seaming is not the same as edging
  • It eases sharp edges; it does not grind a finished profile
  • Suited to glass that will be handled before processing
  • Used where the drawing does not call for a ground edge

Process 04

Tempering

Southtech tempering

Heats cut and edged glass, then cools it quickly with air to build surface compression. Buyers get safety glass that breaks into small pieces and is stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness.

  • Panes are tempered flat
  • Cutting, edging, holes and notches are completed first
  • Tempered glass cannot be cut or drilled afterwards
  • Size, thickness and finish are confirmed for each project

Process 05

Heat soaking

Humam heat soaking

Holds toughened glass in a heated chamber after tempering to bring forward breakage from nickel-sulphide inclusions. It lowers the risk of spontaneous breakage in service but never removes it.

  • Done after tempering, as a separate screening step
  • Panes with a critical inclusion tend to break in the chamber
  • Reduces nickel-sulphide-related risk; does not eliminate breakage
  • Specified for glass in higher-consequence locations

Process 06

Lamination

Lamination · listed as LNBF

The autoclave is a separate part of the route.

Bonds two or more lites with an interlayer such as PVB or SGP. Buyers get glass that holds together when cracked, with the interlayer chosen for the application.

  • Lites are cleaned and stacked with the interlayer between them
  • Pre-pressing and autoclave bonding are distinct steps
  • Interlayer type is selected per project
  • Build-up is confirmed before production

Process 07

Insulating glass assembly

Hanjiang IGU assembly

Assembles two or more lites into a sealed unit with a spacer, primary and secondary sealant. It gives buyers a sealed cavity for thermal and acoustic performance.

  • Spacer, sealants and lite types are set by specification
  • Any gas-fill requirement needs technical confirmation
  • Coating position is specified surface by surface
  • Unit size and build-up are confirmed per project

How an order moves through the plant

A toughened door panel might be cut, edged, then tempered. A laminated canopy lite might be cut, seamed, tempered, then laminated. A facade unit might add heat soaking and insulating assembly. The route is set when your drawing and specification are confirmed.

Dimensions, build-up and finishes are confirmed technically with our team for every project.
