PinnGuard 33.1 is the listed standard safety laminated option in the PinnGuard PVB laminated glass range, processed to customer drawings.
PinnGuard bonds glass lites with a PVB interlayer. If the glass cracks, the fragments tend to stay bonded to the interlayer.

Specification and project selection
PinnGuard 33.1 is listed as the standard safety laminated option in the PinnGuard range. Build-up, interlayer and performance are specified per project and confirmed with our technical team. When selecting it for a project, confirm:

- Dimensions for each panel
- Edge finish
- Any openings, holes or cut-outs
- Any adjacent build-up the glass must match or sit alongside
How PinnGuard laminated glass is processed

Clean and stack
Lites are washed and stacked with PVB between them.

Pre-press
Air is pressed out and the stack is lightly bonded.

Autoclave
A separate autoclave step completes the bond.

Inspect
Edges and clarity are checked before dispatch.
