How it differs from other PinnChrome options

Evergreen brings a green facade tone, compared with Ocean Blue's blue, Silver's neutral look, Bronze Gold's warmth and Rainbow's iridescence.

Where it is used

Typical uses include facades, shopfronts, office glazing, spandrels and feature elements, especially where the building sits among greenery.

Working within the PinnChrome range

PinnChrome products are purchased coated glasses that we process at our plant; we do not coat glass in house. For each project a coated glass and coating side are agreed, edges are prepared to suit the coating, and toughening, lamination or IGU assembly follows where the selected coating allows it. Panes are then inspected under suitable light. Whether a particular coating can be edged, toughened or laminated depends on the product, so we confirm before production. Reflective appearance and privacy depend on the balance of lighting inside and outside the building, and both change between day and night, so approve colour with a sample.

How it is processed

1. 1. Select coating. A coated glass and coating side are agreed.
2. 2. Cut and edge. Edges are prepared to suit the coating.
3. 3. Process. Toughening, lamination or IGU assembly follows.
4. 4. Inspect. Panes are checked under suitable light.
