The final build-up of a PinnShield Dual unit is agreed for each project. Before requesting a quotation, confirm the following with your project team:

Coating type and position, cavity width and gas fill are agreed per project at quotation.
How PinnShield units are made
PinnShield Dual follows the same insulating glass workflow as the rest of the range.

Lites are cut, processed and washed.

Spacer frame
A spacer frame filled with desiccant forms the cavity.

Assemble
Lites are pressed against the spacer with a primary seal.

A secondary sealant completes the unit.
